The Museum of Arts & Sciences in Daytona Beach is showing an exhibit, A Slave Ship Speaks: The Wreck of the Henrietta Marie through May 17, 2004. The
Henrietta Marie is the only known slave ship to be recovered from the Americas. The exhibit is interactive and visitors can examine artifacts from the slave ship, visit a slave trader's office and hear stories from the
captain and crew. The cargo hold of the slave ship has been recreated and can be entered for a glimpse into the conditions the African slaves endured on their transoceanic voyage. How to earn extra credit:
Print out the questions about the exhibit (link to questions) and take them with you to the museum. View the exhibit and, as you do, answer the questions on the worksheet. When all questions have been answered correctly, staple
your museum ticket or receipt to your worksheet and submit it to me by February 2, 2004. This assignment is worth 60 homework points!! Hurry and view this exhibit before the end of the month because the museum
is showing another very interesting exhibit until 2/2/04 called the Age of Armor. This exhibit shows a collection of armor from the Middle Ages and Renaissance, offers a look at how armor was made and used, and how full-suit
plate armor disappeared from use. You can catch both of these very interesting exhibits with one trip to the museum!!!For
