Commercial Avenue, Trinidad, Colorado, in apparent violation of CPA Order VHP-1.

Instructions for filing may be secured at 525 Continental Oil Building, Denver, Colorado,
construction field office of Civilian Production Administration.
Failure to discontinue immediately all construction which is neither
authorized nor exempt under the order will constitute deliberate and wilful violation and
