Attention: Mr. H. H. Stephens, General Agent

Investigation indicates that you are altering a project at 306 North Commercial Avenue, Trinidad, Colorado, in apparent violation of CPA Order VHP-1. Application for authorization to complete work may be filed as provided in the order. Instructions for filing may be secured at 525 Continental Oil Building, Denver, Colorado, construction field office of Civilian Production Administration.

Failure to discontinue immediately all construction which is neither authorized nor exempt under the order will constitute deliberate and wilful violation and may subject you to severe criminal penalties provided by law.
