(a)
The only
persons authorized to fish in the Navy Port are those who have been
issued permanent CCAS and KSC badges, properly signed in guest of
permanently badged employees, and crew members of ships in port
who have been issued guest fishing badges.
(b)
Personnel with permanent CCAS and KSC badges may sign in one guest
(one badge-one guest) at the Navy Port Operations Building. Badges
will be only issued between the hours of 06:00 and 20:00 each day.
Badged personnel are responsible for the actions of their
guest. Guest fishing badges must be returned to the Port Operation
Building before leaving the port area.
(c) All persons must be able to display their CCAS and KSC badges
at all times.
(d)
It is mandatory that all personnel adhere to all Federal and State
Fishing Regulations including size, season and limits. Violators
will be prosecuted.
(e)
No child under 12 years of age is permitted on a wharf or in
the vacinity of the shoreline.
(f)
Fishing is allowed, where permitted 24 hours a day.
(g)
No gigging, spearing, or netting (except cast nets)
(h)
Only one pole may be in use per fisherman.
(i)
No wading or swimming.
(j)
No fishing for commercial purposes.
(k)
No alcoholic beverages are permitted.
