Begin at the junction of the St. Johns River and the 
           Econlockhatchee River at the eastern
           Seminole County Volusia County line
Run west and south on the Econlockhatchee River to its 
           intersection with SR 419
Run north and west on SR 419 to its intersection with SR434
Run west and south on SR 426 to its intersection with Red Bug Lake Rd
Run west on Red Bug Lake Rd to the intersection of Tuskawilla Rd
Run north on Tuskawilla Rd to the intersection of E Lake Dr.
Run west on E Lake Dr to the Florida Power Corporation easement
Run south on the Florida Power Corporation easement to Eagle Blvd 
          then west on Eagle Blvd to Eagle Cir
Run north and west on Eagle Circle to Bluebird Trail
Run north on Bluebird Trail to Sandpiper Dr
Run west and north on Sandpiper Dr to Guinevere Dr
Run north on Guinevere Dr to its intersection with Avalon Blvd

         north on Tuskawilla Rd to the intersection of E Lake Dr.
Run west on E Lake Dr to the Florida Power Corporation easement
Run south on the Florida Power Corporation easement to Eagle Blvd 
         then west on Eagle Blvd to Eagle Cir
Run north and west on Eagle Circle to Bluebird Trail
Run north on Bluebird Trail to Sandpiper Dr
Run west and north on Sandpiper Dr to Guinevere Dr

Run southwest on Soldier’s Creek to Gee Creek
Run east on the centerline of Lake Jesup to Brantley Ave, extended
Run northeast following the centerline of Lake Jesup to northwest 
         extension of Shortcut Canal
Run northeast in the center of Lake Jesup to Salt Creek extended and 
         thence following the centerline of Lake Jesup north to SR 46
Run south and east on SR46 to W Osceola Rd to its intersection with E Osceola Rd
Run north and east on East Osceola Rd, extended to the eastern Seminole 
         County boundary
Run south along the County boundary to the point of beginning.

DISTRICT 3

Begin at the intersection of the Wekiva River and Little Wekiva River
Run southeast on the Little Wekiva River to the Florida Power 
             Corporation easement
Run northeast on the Florida Power Corporation easement to its 
             intersection with Ibis Rd
Run east on Ibis Rd to E E Williamson Rd and east on E E Williamson 
             Rd to I-4
Run south on I-4 to the intersection with SR 436
Run east on SR 436 to Hattaway Dr
Run south on Hattaway Dr to its intersection with the north 
            boundary of legal lot 1a, the revised Plat of 
            Orienta Gardens PB 10 PG 26
Run southeast along the western lake shore of Lake Orienta 
            as recorded in Orienta Gardens PB 8 PG 90 to the 
            north boundary of Common Area A Barclay Woods 1st
            Addition PB 17 PG 38 then west along said northern 
            boundary line to its intersection with Hattaway Dr
Run south on Hattaway Dr to Barclay Ave
Run east on Barclay Ave to Arvern Dr
Run south east on Arvern Dr to Mayfair Ave thence south to the 
            intersection with Broadview Ave
Run east on Broadview Ave to Mount Vernon Parkway and then south

DISTRICT 4

Point of beginning is the centerline of SR 436 at its intersection 
         with the southerly Seminole County / Orange County line.
Run north and then west along SR 436 to its intersection with US 
         Hwy 17-92
Run north on US Hwy 17-92 to its intersection with General J C 
         Hutchinson Parkway
Run west on General J C Hutchinson Parkway to its intersection 
         with SR 427 then south on SR 426 to the intersection with 
         Longwood Lake Mary Rd
Run north on Longwood Lake Mary Rd
Follow the north boundary of the Green Lakes Lakes PUD in a 
          northwesterly direction to the east property line 
          of Lake Mary Center
Run north along the east property line of Lake Mary Center to the 
          intersection with Lake Mary Blvd
Run west on Lake Mary Blvd to the centerline of Interstate 4 (I-4) 
          then south on I-4 to the intersection with SR 436
Run east on SR 436 to Hattaway Dr
Run south on Hattaway Dr to its intersection with the north
