   Thank you for your comments regarding speed  bumps.  Speed bumps
   have been a pretty controversial issue in the County.  Awhile
   back we changed our policy to require a 90% approval of homeowners
   in order to install them.  Since then I am not aware of any
   neighborhoods who have reached that level of agreement.  If you
   would like specific questions answered about the installation or
   removal of speed bumps, please contact Traffic Engineering at
