The lay out is in a 24x16 foot L shaped configuration. It is surrounded by railroad ties stacked two high in the back and one high in the front. There is a 100 gallon preformed pond stocked with gold fish and lily pads. There is about 100 feet of track ballasted with small river rock some of which has been set in place with morter mix and some is free floating. (Still not sure which is the best solution). There is one 3 foot tunnel composed it an 10" PVC pipe faced with tunnel portals. A redwood trestle spans the Clifty Creek area.
