the road to rebecca: our referral

 

we got "the call" on January 31, 2002

here's what we learned:

her chinese name is Zhang Ping (and Rebecca Anne to us) 
she is waiting for us in Baoji, Shaanxi province, at the Jiangzhang Social Welfare Institute
she was born May 20, 2001
she is 64 cm (25") tall 
she weighs 7kg (~15 lbs)
her medical report indicates a healthy girl!
