On the same afternoon, I made a pot holder for my friend Cathy
in our favorite college football team colors of the FSU Seminole.
I now realize that I probably used polyester batting, which would actually make more heat than it would reflect!
There is a special reflective batting made specifically for this type of project, or you can use multiple layers
of cotton batting.
What sweet friends I have, they never said a thing!
