This cancel have a "REO" at the top of the Blue Oval, also a very clear "ste" in the middle.
The recorded cancel with this marking is the same as in The Panama Postal Markings 1758-1950 (first edition) TWN-PAN-010 "CORREO at top, "oste pago" in the middle and "PANAMA" at bottom. This cancel is also missing to the left side of the cancel. Note that this cancel is upside down.
