The most well-known Costa lure is the Istokpoga Hannerhead. The novel lure design is very popular among collectors. Costa also made a glass-eyed minnow lure. Hammerheads were sold by Knight & Wall Co. in Tampa. Lake Istokpoga is located near Sebring about 60 miles southeast of Tampa.
