Walter Willman was a well known tournament caster in the 1920's and 1930's. In the early 1930's, he started the Orlando Bait Co. The Orlando Bait Company made a lure called the Master Bait. It came in three different colors - that shown in the photo below, frog spot and yellow head w/white body. He sold the baits out of Willman Tackle Shop on Court St. in Orlando, FL.
