Zoffy was the second Ultra-hero to appear, at the end of Ultraman's battle with Zetton. Ultraman referred to
him as his "commander." Zoffy appeared to help other Ultra-heroes later,
including with Ultraman Ace against the Yapool. Zoffy was killed by a powerful
monster which nearly killed Ultraman Taro.
Zoffy had variations of the standard energy projection powers, including a variant of the Specium beam known as the M87 beam. Zoffy could use a more powerful version of that beam, the Mega M87 Beam, under certain conditions. Zoffy also had the Ultra Slash, virtually identical to Ultraman's energy rings. Two other powers were his Ultra Converter (I'm not sure what that was) and the Ultra Frost (presumably something that could freeze a monster).
